Penrith RSL Club has received its first Clothing Recycling Bin from The Thorndale Foundation. The Thorndale Foundation is a not for profit organisation that has been providing disability support services in the Nepean region for over 50 years. Penrith RSL hopes that by hosting this service it assists to reduce the amount of local recyclable goods going to landfill as waste as well as the additional benefit providing employment to adults with disabilities.
If you have large or bulky items they must not be left by the recycling bin. Additional services The Thorndale Foundation provide is mowing, edging, leafing and other general garden maintenance.
