Members Badge Draw

KEY DATES

 

  • The promotion will be held every Friday between 3.00pm and 9.00pm and every Sunday between 3.00pm and 8.00pm, during the promotion period.

 

HOW TO ENTER

 

  • Draws will be conducted from a Random Number Generator, containing  the current Penrith RSL Club membership number range every Friday evening at the following times: 6.00pm, 7.00pm, 8.00pm and 9.00pm , and;

 

  • Sunday afternoons at the following times: 5.00pm, 6.00pm, 7.00pm and 8.00pm during the promotional period.
  • Staff, Club Contractors, the Board of Directors, Management and suspended members and unfinancial members are all ineligible to claim the prize.

 

  • In the event that the winner is not financial, or if the number belongs to a Staff Member, Contractor, Director or Suspended Member of the club, a redraw will immediately occur.
  • Membership Cards must be presented at all stages of the promotion.
  • Managers will check that the selected number belongs to a financial member before the winner is announced.
  • The MC will announce each draw winner via the club PA system.
  • Members must be on the premises, within the Club, at the time their name is drawn and announced over the Club’s PA System to be eligible to claim their prize.
    • “Within the Club” refers to inside the Penrith RSL Club Limited, including all areas on ground level, level one and level two of the club.
    • Any person who is in the Penrith RSL Club car park or on the footpath surrounding the Club at the time of the draw announcement will not be considered eligible to claim the prize.
  • Members will have four minutes from the time of the announcement to present themselves to management to claim their prize.

 

HOW TO PLAY

 

  • Every Friday and Sunday a minimum of $10,000 will be offered as a prize. If the prize is not claimed on the Sunday night by 8pm, the final draw amount will jackpot by $1000 for the following week’s Friday night draw.
  • The jackpot amount will continue to increase by $1000 after the 8.00pm draw on Sunday’s, each week until the jackpot amount is won or the jackpot total reaches $20,000.00 or the promotional period expires.
  • If the Jackpot amount is won, at any time slot, the promotion will cease in the club for that session and the Jackpot amount is reset to $10,000 on the following draw night.
  • The Jackpot increase will only occur on a Sunday after the final Sunday draw and will not come into effect until the current amount has completed a full badge draw week without an increase or win occurring.

 

  • A full badge draw week starts on a Friday at 12pm and includes all of the Friday night draws and continues on to the next immediate Sunday, including all of the Sunday draws and does not conclude until after the 8.00pm draw on the Sunday night.

 

  • If the Jackpot amount is won on a Friday it is reset to $10,000 for the Sunday afternoon draw and remains at this amount for the next Friday and following Sunday afternoon draw.
  • If the jackpot is won on a Sunday Draw, it is reset $10,000 and remains at this amount for the next Friday and Sunday draw.

 

  • The jackpot prize may be awarded to the member with $2000.00 cash available to the member on the night of the draw with the balance payable to the member in cheque from administration during business hours.

 

Barrel Draw Component – Consolation Prize, Jackpot Limit or Permit Ending

 

  • How to Enter
  • Members can swipe their membership card at the reward centres from 3pm till 8.45pm every Friday and from 3pm till 7.45pm every Sunday including jackpot nights.
  • One swipe ticket per member per promotional period will be issued. The member must place their ticket into the nominated promotional barrel.

 

  • Drawn tickets will not be returned to the barrel and the barrel will be emptied at the conclusion of each draw date.
  • All current financial members may swipe their card to gain entry for this draw.

 

  • Members have four (4) minutes to claim their prize by presenting themselves to the MC or manager
  • Members must be present within the Club at the time of the draw to be eligible to claim the prize.

 

Consolation Prize Draw

  • If the Jackpot amount is not claimed at the nominated draw times then a barrel draw for $500 will be conducted at 9.15pm on Fridays and at 8.15pm on Sundays
  • In the event that the member drawn is not present within the 4 minute period, another barrel draw will be conducted until the $500 prize has been claimed.

 

  • Consolation draws will only occur on Friday and Sunday nights where the Jackpot amount has not been claimed. In the event that the jackpot amount is claimed the promotion will cease in the club for the evening.
  • On the Friday evening that the $20,000 prize must be won, a consolation prize draw for $500 will not take place.

 

When Jackpot Limit has been Reached

 

  • In the event of the jackpot reaching $20,000.00 and remaining unclaimed after the all draws on a Friday and after the final 8.00pm draw on a Sunday night, the prize amount will not increase. The $20,000 prize amount will continue to the next Friday draw date, where the prize must be won.
  • The jackpot prize must remain unclaimed at $20,000 throughout all draws for one consecutive Friday and Sunday before it must be won the next Friday.

 

  • On the Friday that the $20,000 prize must be won, the 6.00pm, 7.00pm, 8.00pm and 9.00pm draws from the number generator containing the membership range will take place. If won during one of these draws, the prize amount will be the full $20,000.
  • In the event that the $20,000 prize remains unclaimed after the final Friday draw at 9pm, draws will be conducted from the nominated promotional barrel.
  • The prize will be dispersed to 10 winners in the following amounts, in drawn order:

 

  • Draw 1 =   $1000 Prize amount
  • Draw 2 =   $1000 Prize amount
  • Draw 3 =   $1000 Prize amount
  • Draw 4 =   $1000 Prize amount
  • Draw 5 =   $1000 Prize amount
  • Draw 6 =   $1000 Prize amount
  • Draw 7 =   $2000 Prize amount
  • Draw 8 =   $3000 Prize amount
  • Draw 9 =   $4000 Prize amount
  • Draw 10 = $5000 Prize amount

 

  • Draws will be conducted from the nominated promotional barrel, commencing at 9.30pm on that Friday night.

 

  • In the event that the member drawn is not present within the 4 minute period, another barrel draw will be conducted for that particular prize. Draws will continue to be conducted one at a time for one prize at a time until all prizes have been claimed.

 

  • In the event that any of the prizes from Members swipe barrel remain unclaimed at the Club’s closing time, draws will cease for the evening. Tickets will remain in the barrel and will be used to continue draws the following evening.

 

  • Outstanding prizes draws will continue the following evening from 6.00pm until a winner has been sort.

 

End of Permit

 

  • In the event that the jackpot amount has not been claimed at the 9.00pm draw on Sunday 27th January 2019, the remaining prize amount will be immediately carried over to a new Members Badge Draw Permit.
  • Draw times, prize amounts and other permit details will remain as they are according to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise specified at the time of application for the new permit.

  • Suspended members, or any member with pending disciplinary actions against their membership
  • Any unfinancial membership number
  • Entry is only available from Penrith RSL Club.
  • This promotion n is only available to current, financial members of Penrith RSL Club.
  • Members must be on the premises, within the Club, at the time their name is drawn and announced over the Club’s PA System to be eligible to claim their prize.
    • “Within the Club” refers to inside the Penrith RSL Club Limited, including all areas on ground level, level one and level two of the club.

  • Any prize amount of over $5000 will be issued as a cheque.
  • No cash prizes will be issued between the hours of 10.00pm and 9.00am.
  • If a Member wins a cash prize between the hours of 10.00pm and 9.00am that is equal to, or less than $2000, they will be given the choice to take a cheque, or to collect their cash prize between the hours of 9.00am and 9.00pm of the following day.
  • Managers will check that the selected number belongs to a financial member before the winner is announced.
  • In the event that the winner is unfinancial, a staff Member, contractor, Director or suspended member of the club, a redraw will immediately occur.
  • All decisions are final and are at the discretion of Penrith RSL Club Management.
  • Prizes are not transferrable, can not be substituted or exchanged for another item.
  • All entrants in the promotion must adhere and abide by the decisions of Penrith RSL Club Management.
